About Us

The Valley City Country Club was established in 1916 with the purpose to promote an interest in outdoor recreation and social and friendly interactions with other members of the community and organization, as well as the goal to build and maintain a golf course. The actual construction of the course and clubhouse began in 1921, a layout of the course was created courtesy of E.H. McFarland.  Although the building and course have been up for nearly 100 years, the Valley City Country Club has continued to evolve and change over time. In addition to the golf course, the North 9 Bar & Grill is located inside the clubhouse, offering customers and members a place to gather and socialize.
